This is an Action Program for Moving Beyond Death, Divorce, and Other Life Losses


The 1-on-1 format, Online support or in Person, is a powerful, dynamic and accessible program for anyone willing to take the necessary actions to help themselves.


 Some of the myths about grief:

  • Time heals all wounds 

  • Replace the loss

  • Grieve alone

  • Be strong for others

  • Bury your feelings


Grief is about a broken heart. The things listed above will not make grief lessen. No matter how long it has been since your loss, whatever your feelings are, they are normal and natural.   


Your loss may be from:

  • Death 

  • Divorce, or end of a relationship

  • Loss of a career

  • Loss of a pet

  • Loss of health

  Or any other of the 40+ losses that people can experience.


​People say you have to let go and move on in your life, but they don’t tell you what you need to do to accomplish that when you feel stuck and unsure of the next step. The 1-on-1 Grief Support program teaches and helps make this possible with supportive guidance every step of the way.  In a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment, you will be able share your story of loss and grief in a way that is unique and personal to you.
