In Reiki Level II you will receive the next level of the Attunement process and learn healing techniques for working with yourself, pets, and others. You will also learn the three traditional Usui Reiki Sacred Symbols These symbols will enable you to send Distance Reiki to people, places and situations. You will be able to use these symbols to bring the universal energy of Reiki into your everyday life.

To prepare, find one person who you would like to send distance healing to during this class. Let them know that they will receive about 20 minutes of free energy work.
